After yesterday’s seriously hot weather I was really happy to wake up to something approximating normality today. As there was a big Triathlon down at the beach we headed inland to Kloof for some lunch and a wander around Makaranga Garden Lodge. They serve seriously delicious pizza, so definitely order yourself some if you visit. As a side note, if you’re going to lark about in fallen leaves and flowers, be prepared to itch until you get home.

I’ve been meaning to pay this place a visit for aaages, people keep going on about it! I must make the effort and trek out there, it definitely looks and sounds worth it.
