Every first Saturday of the month we try to get to the I Heart Market for at least an hour or two. This month my mission was to buy myself something from Gen Motley and anything else that caught my eye.
Today’s market was so hectically busy that it was a bit difficult to move in the tent but we got around. The Twitter Blanket Drive was in full swing when we arrived and by the end of the morning they had collected 66 blankets, not to mention the rest they collected throughout the afternoon and evening. Congrats to Nicola and the rest of the team for such an awesome effort.
As it was so busy and I’m still learning how to use the camera, I didn’t get very many photos. Sorry for that, I shall try to do better next time. Top image is Bevan of {The Thrift Collection}. Bottom 3 are of Genevieve Motley’s jewellery collection. I got myself a sweet pair of fat little bird earrings, similar to the pendant in the first pic. Gen will be opening a shop within the Mooi Boutique (100 Bulwer Rd) on Friday, 10 June.
